For those that live and work in the Wayne Business Overlay District (WBOD) there are some opportunities for discounted parking. 

Codes and WBOD Permits can be purchased at the Police Records Window at the Radnor Township Municipal Building, 301 Iven Avenue, Wayne, Pa 19087

Monday through Friday between 8AM-4PM

Wayne Business District Kiosk Codes

 People who live and work in the Wayne Business Overlay District are eligible to purchase parking at a discount with our code to pay for parking in Wayne. To obtain a code, all you need to do is provide proof of residency or employment at a business in the Wayne Business Overlay District.

Codes can be purchased in the following increments:
1 year (3000 Hours) $500.00
½ year (1500 Hours) $250.00
Hours do not expire; rates are based on paid parking, Monday through Saturday 8AM-6PM and equal out to a cost of approximately $1.67 per day/per vehicle.
Codes are valid for use in the West Avenue, Louella/Waynewood, and South Wayne Lots ONLY

NOTE: If you have the former smart card for discount parking, they are no longer accepted in the kiosks, and can no longer be redeemed for value.

Wayne Business District Permits

Permits are now on sale for the businesses within the Wayne Business Overlay District. In addition to the existing discount parking codes for those working in the district, businesses can now purchase up to two (2) annual business permits for management or staff valid for the Bellevue, South Wayne, and Louella/Waynewood lots. This permit is a digital permit that is based on the vehicle’s license plate, no need to place any stickers or placards on the car. It’s as simple as park and walk away, and you can come and go throughout the day without the need to stop at a kiosk or pull out your phone.

• Permits are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Permits can be purchased at the Radnor Township Municipal Building at the police window, Monday - Friday 8AM-4PM.
• Permits must be purchased by business owner or manager, proof of affiliation with business and a Printed copy of the vehicle(s) registration(s) must be presented at time of purchase.
• Permits are for employees ONLY
• Permits are $500 per vehicle and are valid Monday - Saturday, 8AM-6PM and equal to a cost of approximately $1.67 per day/per vehicle.
• A maximum of 150 permits will be available to be distributed at one time

WBOD Permits are valid for use in the West Avenue, Louella/Waynewood, and South Wayne Lots ONLY
