In order to be added to the interest list, please email us at recreation@radnor.org with the following information about your camper:

• Camper's First & Last Name
• Camper's Grade (the grade they are going into as of next school year)
• Registration Request (full-day, half-day, ESY, etc.)
• Any special accommodation that will be requested (e.g. staffing support needed such as 1:1 aide)

What can you expect at RDC 2025?

• 6-weeks of Summer Fun! RDC registration is for the full 6-weeks and provides your family with consistent, quality summer enrichment for your campers. 
• Professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated staff members! Radnor Day Camp is proud to have a diverse range of staff members from certified teachers to energetic high schoolers! Each year about 50% of our staff are returners from past years and many of our leadership team are multi-year tenured employees of Radnor Day Camp.
• NEW: Outdoor Education Activities with Hiking Hound Adventures, LLC! Radnor Day Camp is excited to partner with Hiking Hound Adventures, LLC (HHA) to bring outdoor education programming to the Radnor Day Camp curriculum. HHA staff will provide weekly programs for each camper group on topics such as Leave no Trace, PA native species, pollinators, and more,  with an offsite stream study at the end of the summer. • AFTERCARE! Radnor Day Camp is excited to offer optional aftercare from 3:00-5:00 PM daily! You can learn more about aftercare in the drop-down menu below.
• Fun & exciting field trips! Campers will be attending three (3) field trips this summer. Our 2025 field trip locations are (subject to change):
  • Philadelphia Eagles Stadium Tour
  • Top Golf
  • Urban Air
• PickUp Patrol! We will be utilizing a software called PickUp Patrol to seamlessly track and manage daily camper attendance and dismissal.
• Performing Arts with Meghann Weaver & Main Line Dance Company! Performing Arts and the End of Camp Performance is arguably one of the most memorable parts of Radnor Day Camp, all thanks to the creative talent of Meghann Weaver! Ms. Meghann will be in her 16th year at Radnor Day Camp and now 3rd year partnering with her dance studio, Main Line Dance Company (MLDC), and Radnor Township business. Ms. Meghann and her talented, passionate staff and dancers from MLDC will craft another amazing experience for campers (and staff!) this summer!
• Swimming! Swimming at RDC will be supervised by our Aquatics Coordinator of 11 years – Ms. Mary Beth! Ms. Mary Beth and her certified lifeguards will provide structured swimming activities and lessons to campers 1-2 times per week (subject to change) at an offsite location. We have requested use of the Radnor High School pool (as we have done the last 4 years) however, they are still unable to accommodate RDC this summer. We hope to return to La Maison Apartments outdoor pool, where we have swam the last 4 years, however our swimming location is to be determined and we anticipate will be finalized soon.
• Registration options for campers who attend at Radnor Township School District Summer Program such as ESY or Literacy Camp! We work closely with RTSD and the many campers/students who wish to participate in both RDC and an RTSD summer program such as Extended School Year (ESY), Literacy Camp, English Language Development (ELD), or Social Skills Camp. Learn more about these dynamics in the Frequently Asked Questions section below. 
• Daily Bus Transportation! All campers are given the opportunity to utilize daily bus transportation to and from camp. The bussing service is provided by Radnor Township School District's Transportation Department. 
• Free Kona Ice! Campers and staff will have bi-weekly visits from the Kona Ice truck! This is a free summer treat for all campers and all staff. 
• Annual Camp Traditions, Specialty Activity Periods, & Special Events! As usual, our staff will create an epic summer line up of weekly themes, special events, and all-camp activities! Some examples include but are certainly not limited to: Camp Olympics, Creative Crafts, Sports & Games, Swimming & Water-Games, and the End of Camp Carnival!

Radnor Day Camp is excited to offer aftercare this summer from 3:00 to 5:00pm!

Aftercare will be led by Radnor Day Camp staff. We will provide a structured afternoon of engaging and age-appropriate activities for campers. 

The options for 2025 aftercare are as follows:

• Full-Time Aftercare, daily from 3:00-5:00 PM: $525.00
• Half-Time Aftercare, daily from 3:00-4:00 PM: $290.00
• Drop-in Aftercare (subject to availability)
  • 3:00-4:00 PM: $20 per day
  • 3:00-5:00 PM: $30 per day

Registration for aftercare is included as an optional add-on during the online registration process for RDC. If you have already registered for camp and wish to add on aftercare please contact us by email or phone (610-688-5600 x190) and we will add it to your online account. 

Aftercare is dependent upon successful participation numbers and may be canceled or modified if minimum registrations are not met.

Aftercare participants must be picked up by a parent/guardian anytime before but no later than the time for which they have registered. Bus transportation is not available for aftercare. Please be prompt for your camper's pick-up. You will be assessed a fee of $20 for each 15 minutes you are late to pick up your child, starting 15 minutes after their designated pick-up time.
