Radnor Trail Eastward Extension

- Current plan noted depicts an at-grade crossing on Radnor-Chester Road to access the trail extension. The plan consultant will provide to the Board of Commissioners the options of 1) the at-grade crossing; 2) a below-grade crossing in the form of a culvert; and 3) a pedestrian bridge over Radnor-Chester Road. The Commissioners will then provide approval for their selected option.
