Lancaster Ave & N/S Wayne Ave ADA Ramps Improvements  Installation of proper ADA ramps on each of the four corners   2025   
 Township Facilities Roof Replacement & Solar Panels  Replacement of the roofs of the Public Works Garage & Administration Building and of the Municipal Building and the installation of solar panels on each of these roofs   2025   
 Township-Wide Sanitary Sewer Televising & Assessment Program  Televising of the sanitary sewer system throughout the Township & a determination of where repairs may be needed     2025 
 Wayne Master Plan  Development of a community-driven plan for the vision and goals for Downtown Wayne in conjuction with the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission     2025 
 Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System/Pollutant Reduction Plan (MS4/PRP)  Identification, prioritization and reporting best management practices to meet required stormwater sediment reductions      2025
