The annual Radnor Township Real Estate bill is mailed on or before Feb 1st each calendar year. The Radnor Real Estate bill is mailed at the same time as the Delaware County tax bill. Please ensure when mailing your payments that you use the correct envelope with the correct bill for each taxing authority and note your property parcel number /folio # on each check.

The “face amount” is due on or before May 31st. A 2% discount applies if payment is made on or before March 31st. A 10% penalty is added to the Face amount due if payments are not received by close of business on May 31st.

Yes, a County-wide property tax reassessment is ongoing, Court ordered in March 2017. The project began in December 2017 to conclude in 2020. Notices will be mailed to taxpayers beginning March 2020 with an effective date of January 2021.

The Township Finance Department does not have that information. Generally, if you escrow your property taxes through a mortgage company, then the mortgage company would pay the tax. We can confirm and verify that a payment was made. The property owner remains responsible for the timely payment of property taxes.
