As 2026 begins, we would like to provide a brief update on A Vision for Wayne, the Master Plan for downtown Radnor.
Now and Upcoming:
- The Township has launched a survey that will allow you to share your thoughts and ideas for the area. If you have not yet participated in an event, this is a great way to contribute. The survey will be available through next year, but we encourage you to take it soon!
- The Township will be hosting a second public workshop on February 5th, 2025, at Municipal Building (301 Iven Ave, Radnor, PA 19087). Please RSVP here. We will present findings from the parking study, retail analysis, and existing conditions. You will also have an opportunity to share what you want to see happen in Wayne.

Stay Informed:
- Michael Berne, of MJB Consultants, gave a great Retail 101 Presentation. It is an important watch for those who are interested in forces that shape downtowns like Wayne.
- The Township hosted the first public workshop on Saturday, November 1, 2025, on the parking lot off North Wayne Avenue. You can read a summary of what we learned.
- Our team continues to conduct stakeholder interviews with a wide variety of people representing civic organizations, schools, business owners, resident groups, landowners, and transportation agencies, among others. A summary of those interviews will be available in early 2026.
