We are very pleased to announce that construction is now complete on the West Avenue Parking Lot which ensures all Wayne visitors have plenty of parking options when heading into downtown for a bite to eat or a bit of shopping!

Radnor Township's West Avenue Parking Lot is located directly across the street from the AT&T Building, adjacent to the train tracks, on West Avenue.

Renovation highlights include: 

• West Avenue Parking Lot Opened November 3, 2025
• 108 New Parking Spots
• Kiosked Parking & Park Mobile App Available
• Modern design aesthetic including new plantings, blacktop, and lighting  
• Convenient, direct sidewalk access to Downtown Wayne for visitors, diners, and shoppers!

Thanks to the Radnor Parking Auxiliary, 2 kiosks for metered parking are now available and the Park Mobile App is also a payment option at the West Avenue Parking Lot. Please note, payment for parking will ask for input of your license plate number instead of a numbered parking space. After considering public requests for a change to park by license plate, Radnor Parking Auxiliary has successfully implemented this change in the West Avenue Parking Lot and by 2026 all Township parking lots will implement parking by license plate.

(The current Bellevue Parking Lot on Lancaster Avenue near Boyd’s is now closed to the public and is under construction as it will soon become 60 West, a 45-unit residential space including underground parking.)
