[ARCHIVED] RADNOR TOWNSHIP IMPROVES THE OPEN RECORDS REQUESTS EXPERIENCE FOR THE PUBLIC

right to know

Radnor Township is improving transparency by making public records easily accessible to the public. Beginning January 1, 2021, requestors of public information will have the option of submitting Open Records Requests through an online form. While other methods for submitting requests are still available, Radnor Township is excited to be able to offer a more convenient option.

In October 2020, the Radnor Township Board of Commissioners authorized the purchase of JustFOIA record management software to help streamline the open records request process for our citizens and improve efficiencies within. By implementing this solution, Melissa Conn, Open Records Officer, at Radnor Township said, “we are excited to launch Just FOIA as it will help us serve residents better by expediting their requests and allow them to see its process from beginning to end. Township staff will benefit as well since it will streamline the process and remove many of the manual touch points that currently create bottlenecks.”

“JustFOIA is ecstatic to work with Radnor Township and empower the organization to implement a solution to this often-challenging process. We are fanatical about our clients’ success. It’s impressive to see the impact that JustFOIA makes on their staff and the citizens they serve,” said Donny Barstow, President & CEO.

If you would like to submit a request, the online request form will be available at www.radnor.com on January 1, 2021.
