In the area of 11 Lowrys Lane, there is a traffic impediment in the form of steel plates that create a “steep speed hump” affect. These plates will be in place for tonight, Thursday, September 12, 2019, due to unforeseen underground issues encountered by a private contractor. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY IN THIS AREA, AND TAKE ANY EXTRA PRECAUTIONS NEEDED.
