Orchard Way - Juvenile Problems

On Tuesday, 4/23/2019, on Orchard Way juveniles were spraying residents with a "water gun." Juveniles riding in a dark green Jeep Wrangler with a partial PA registration of "JTL" were driving around the neighborhood of Orchard Way squirting residents. Any one who may have seen this vehicle or have any information about this incident are asked to call the Radnor Police at 911.
