Overview
The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the Board of Commissioners on all land development and subdivision applications that are submitted to the Township. The Planning Commission plays an important role in developing the Township's Comprehensive Land Use Plan, as well as keeping the Subdivision and Land Development Codes up to date and in compliance with Pennsylvania's Municipalities Planning Code (MPC).

    Radnor Township is Hiring: Executive Assistant to the Township Manager/ Secretary

    The Township of Radnor, Pennsylvania, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Executive Assistant to the Township Manager.

    PECO Underground Pipe Project in the area of Morningside Circle of Radnor Township

    Work is expected to begin January 13, 2020 from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. This project work may occur in roadways as well as on sidewalks/private property. The natural gas main/service line installation portion of this project will be completed in 8 weeks.

    Start of Construction to Replace Two Darby Paoli Road Bridges in Radnor Township. Darby Paoli Road to be closed for construction of Wigwam Run structure through May 2020.

    SEPTA's Stadium Station - Ithan Ave., Radnor Township

    SEPTA’s Stadium Station on the Norristown High Speed Line will be open to the public for customer use starting- Monday, January 13th with the first scheduled operating train (4:00 AM) out of 69th Street Transportation Center.
