The Public Works Department provides rear yard trash and recycling collection service for an annual fee. The current fee for rear yard collection service is $500 per property and the annual service period occurs between February 1 of the current year to January 31 of the following year
To Register or Renew Rear Yard Collection Service:

After the application and payment are received by the township, rear collection service will begin with the next regularly scheduled pick up
January 1 - Renewal notices mailed
January 31 - Payment due and current service period ends
February 1 - New service period begins
Full and partial year registration fees for properties shall be:
Renewal of Current Service (Between January 1 and 31)
Between February 1 and April 30
Between May 1 to July 31
Between August 1 to October 31
Between November 1 to January 31

In accordance with Resolution Number 2010-34, all fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation
An exemption from the annual fee may be granted if the property owner qualifies under certain guidelines
A waiver and/or affidavit must be filled out, in some cases signed by a physician and submitted to the Township in order for an exemption to be granted
