Zoning
Growth and development in Radnor Township is controlled primarily through land use controls contained in our Zoning Code and Subdividion Code. Land within the Township is divided into 15 zoning districts - 7 of which provide for various types of residential development, and 8 of which regulate the commercial, office, retail, corporate, planned institutional, and public land use development.

Zoning Hearing Board
The Radnor Zoning Hearing Board- a semi-independent, quasi-judicial body - hears challenges and appeals to the Township's zoning code and requests for variances from and exceptions to our requirements.
