Historic & Architectural Review Board
The Historic and Architectural Review Board (HARB) was created to protect and enhance the North Wayne Historic District for the educational, cultural, economic, and general welfare of the public through preservation, protection, and regulation of buildings of historic interest or importance within the District and to safeguard elements of architectural history throughout the District which have been determined to be of historic significance. Under provisions of the Historic District ordinance, the HARB serves to review applications for the construction, addition or demolition of any principal building, or any additions or accessory buildings.
The Historic and Architectural Review Board meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held in the Radnorshire Room of the Township Building, located at 301 Iven Avenue, Wayne and are televised on Radnor Cable Channel 10 and Verizon FiOS Channel 30.
All applications must be submitted fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the meeting. Only complete applications will be accepted.
