New Regional Rail schedules go into effect Sunday, January 14, 2018
The January schedule change includes adjustments to train departure times for all lines except Cynwyd, with significant adjustments to Paoli/Thorndale and Trenton Line trains to improve on-time performance and service reliability. Saturday and Sunday service will operate as currently scheduled
Customers should refer to the January 2018 Regional Rail Schedule page on SEPTA’s website – http://www.septa.org/schedules/upcoming-rail.html – for schedule information, details about specific changes to their Lines and to download the new timetables.
Paper timetables are available for customers at Regional Rail Stations, and large format versions of the schedules are posted at stations. SEPTA encourages customers to also utilize the various online and mobile options available to obtain schedules and service updates via: the new Official SEPTA App for iPhone and Android, each Regional Rail Line’s specific Twitter account http://www.septa.org/alert/twitter.html, the real time TrainView feature on SEPTA’s website, or printing .pdf versions of the schedules from the website.
With this schedule update, SEPTA is introducing new accessibility features, including: Improved ease of use and enhanced experience for customers who use a screen reader, New layout with larger font, improved color schemes and contrasts for users with Low Vision and/or Color Blindness/Color Vision Deficiency (CVD), Improved user experience: New schedules are fully responsive, meaning they will automatically format to any device (phone, tablet, or desktop computer).
Information and instructions for the SEPTA App are available at: http://www.septa.org/service/new-app.html. Customers who currently have the App are reminded to update and download the latest versions of the schedules. To get the latest version of the schedules, customers can tap on the “More” icon at the bottom of the screen and select the "About the SEPTA App" option.
