Summer Employment Opportunities

The Radnor Township Recreation & Community Programming Department has several openings each summer for its recreation programs and camps.  Positions are available for Radnor Day Camp.  We are looking for dependable, enthusiastic, self-starters who enjoy working with children.  Summer positions are for six and seven week periods plus training.  Enjoy competitive pay and great experiences working with children in a dynamic environment!  Also, this is a valuable opportunity to increase your professional repertoire and build leadership skills.  Applications are continually being accepted and interviews are conducted from March to June.  Positions fill quickly so act fast!  Read more about both camps or view the camp promotional brochure.

Radnor Day Camp
A six-week summer day camp for children ages 5 to 15 years old. Planned activities include arts & crafts, sports & games, swimming, Camp Olympics, creative & performing arts, variety show, and many field trips. 

Positions include:

-Camp Director
-Assistant Director - Supports all areas of the delivery of camp and assists the Director in various areas
-Excursions Coordinator - Coordinates field trips and assists the Director of camp in various areas
-Performing Arts Coordinator/Dance Coordinator
-Special Events & Games Coordinator 
-Creative Crafts Coordinator 
-Sports & Games Coordinator
-Aquatics Coordinator
-Assistant Aquatics Director
-Lifeguard/Swim Instructors
-Imaginative Arts Coordinator
-Specialty Coordinators - Do you have a special talent or skill of which camp can benefit? Can you lead camp games? Can you lead  quidditch? Can you teach music? Science? Let us know!
-Special Needs Support Staff
-Staff Chameleon - Supports camp in various area leading groups of children in their daily activities.
-Leader II - Senior Leadership "camp counselor" that leads groups of children in their daily activities.
-Leader I -  Junior Leadership "camp counselor" that leads groups of children in their daily activities.
