Recreation Department/Recreation AssistantPosition that assists the Recreation and Community Programming Department in achieving its daily and seasonal goals that includes program registration, facility scheduling, marketing, and responding to public inquiries regarding the Department’s services.  Position is part-time with an average of 25 hours per week.  



Lead Curriculum Instructor/Challenger Sports Programming -Responsible for developing program structure, curriculum and overseeing staff and volunteers for newly-formed sports programming for children with special needs.  Sports will vary by season, winter will entail basketball.  Seasonal, contractual position for weeknight practices and weekend games.  Special Education background preferred.  


Supporting Instructor/Challenger Sports Programming - Responsible for supporting the Lead Curriculum Instructor in implementing program structure, curriculum and overseeing staff and volunteers for newly-formed sports programming for children with special needs.  Sports will vary by season, winter will entail basketball. Seasonal, contractual position for weeknight practices and weekend games.  


Quidditch Lead Curriculum Instructor Responsible for developing program structure, curriculum and overseeing staff and volunteers for newly-formed sports programming.   Seasonal, contractual position, various dates/times.

Seasonal Program Instructors Have a special talent or skills and love teaching?  Become a special part of our programming team by delivering great activities to the Radnor Township Community!  If you are interested in offering a program or activity to the community as a part of the Recreation & Community Programming Department, please submit an Activity/Program Proposal Form for consideration.  





Radnor Activity Center Birthday Party Leaders  We are seeking an energetic and professional person to lead birthday parties at Radnor Activity Center. Click for more information.




Parks and Recreation Internships  We also offer seasonal internship positions to college students who are currently studying for a degree in a parks and recreation or a related field.  Internships must be completed for college credit and can be any length in time to fit your needs.  Click for more information.




Volunteer Opportunities The Radnor Township Recreation & Community Programming Department has a year-round line up of community events. Community Involvement  Looking for a community project and want to make an impact on one of your local parks or recreational facilities?  The Recreation & Community Programming Department enjoys working closely with community groups, organizations, individuals, and scouts to perform light park maintenance through activities such as clean ups, restorations, trail cleanings, fence painting, and more!
