The work to be performed shall include the removal of the structures, the contents, and the debris from the sites. The successful bidder shall also backfill and restore the sites as specified below. 1. Location / Scope of Work The structures included in this contract are located at:
304 Liberty Lane, Wayne, PA 19087 and 490 Darby-Paoli Road, Villanova, PA 19085 The Contractor shall be responsible for the demolition and removal of all structures, as well as, any rubbish, mechanical equipment, tanks (underground or aboveground) and fixtures within the demolition limits.

Renovations to the Suplizio Gym (General Construction - Contract #B-08-001, Mechanical - Contract #B-08-002, Plumbing- Contract #B-08-003, Electrical - Contract #B-08-004) Project location: 131 South Wayne Ave, Radnor Township, Delaware County, Wayne, Pennsylvania 19087-5297 February 4, 2008 - 2 p.m. The Work includes renovations to the existing Radnor Middle School Gymnasium referred to as the Suplizio Gym located at 131 South Wayne Avenue. The Middle School had recently built a New School and they are in the process of demolishing the existing Middle School. The Gym is a two story brick building that was connected to Middle School via a corridor located below the South Plaza. This connecting corridor was used to provide utility services from the Middle School to the Gym. This project will be a multiple prime construction project with Mechanical being the lead discipline. New utility services and mechanical systems will be provided to achieve a "stand alone functional recreation center.
