1. Community Development

    The mission of the Community Development Department is to serve the residents of Radnor Township through the administration and enforcement of regulatory ordinances.

  2. Police

    Police Superintendent William Colarulo oversees the Department which is staffed by 40 sworn Officers and full and part-time civilian staff consisting of a Supervisor of Parking and Auxiliary Services, 1 fulltime Meter Enforcement Officer and 3 part-time Meter Inspectors, 3 administrative assistants, and 9 crossing guards.

  3. Administration

    The Township Manager, Robert A. Zienkowski, is chief administrative officer of the township and responsible to the Board of Commissioners for the execution of its policies.

  4. Engineering

    The mission of the Engineering Department is to furnish professional recommendations to various Township Boards, Commissions, Township Manager, and other departments as necessary in order for those boards and departments to fulfill their charge under the Township's Home Rule Charter.

  5. Public Works

    The mission of the Public Works Department is to enhance the quality of life in the township.

  6. Finance

    The mission of the Finance Department is to professionally, ethically, and effectively manage the Township's financial resources by identifying, developing, advancing, and implementing fiscal, human resource, and administrative strategies, policies, and practices for the public's benefit.

  7. Recreation & Community Programming

    The Radnor Township Recreation and Community Programming Department is responsible for the administration of year-round recreational programming and community events for all ages and the operation of township facilities.
